Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. • Demonstrated success in partnership sales, business development, or related roles. • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for creating win-win partnerships. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the power to build rapport and influence external stakeholders. • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed targets. • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace challenges and drive innovation. • Experience in the business development industry is a plus.
