📋 Description

• Starting from the 2nd month have a pipeline, starting from the 3d month hit the quota • Qualify accounts • Identify new business opportunities through a competitor, demand analysis, and partnerships • Develop sales strategies according to company goals • Constantly learn about the landscape of at least three industries to speak the same language with our customers • Understand customer/partner needs in the custom software development context through extensive dialogue and a deep understanding of the typical challenges and bottlenecks • Manage proposals, opportunities, and deals by coordinating internal and external stakeholders • Design and present solutions to customers • Make key decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, including the ability to define, diagnose, and determine an appropriate resolution, recommendation, or decision while considering alternatives and factors (e.g., resources, costs, tradeoffs) • Keep up-to-date CRM records

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2/5 years of experience as an Account Executive with at least 1/3 years of experience in B2B software services sales/consulting • Experience in closing 200/500K+ consulting, staffing, or software deals • Experience selling to startups, scaleups, mid-market and large enterprise customers, able to identify, navigate and build relationships among buying committees that gain sponsorship to win and book revenue • Ability to explain the business models of Software and Staffing Agencies • Ability to articulate stages of the SDLC • You are a strong negotiator who can influence and persuade to achieve mutually satisfying agreements in negotiations • Executive relationships – the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders of an organization in order to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues • C1 + level of English • Experience in designing sales decks • Exceptional time and project management skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strategic thinking • Experience with project management tools • Ability to think on your feet
