• Minimum 2/5 years of experience as an Account Executive with at least 1/3 years of experience in B2B software services sales/consulting • Experience in closing 200/500K+ consulting, staffing, or software deals • Experience selling to startups, scaleups, mid-market and large enterprise customers, able to identify, navigate and build relationships among buying committees that gain sponsorship to win and book revenue • Ability to explain the business models of Software and Staffing Agencies • Ability to articulate stages of the SDLC • You are a strong negotiator who can influence and persuade to achieve mutually satisfying agreements in negotiations • Executive relationships – the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders of an organization in order to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues • C1 + level of English • Experience in designing sales decks • Exceptional time and project management skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strategic thinking • Experience with project management tools • Ability to think on your feet
