β€’ CodePath is a national non-profit reprogramming higher education for diverse software engineers. β€’ The Director of Engineering Education will shape the educational strategy at CodePath. β€’ This role maximizes student achievement through evolving instructional models. β€’ Collaborate with teams in curriculum, learning design, and program management. β€’ Design and measure innovative experiments to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in teaching computer science or related technical topics at the post-secondary level. β€’ 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer with demonstrated performance contributing to large projects. β€’ Proven ability to design, test, and implement innovative instructional strategies that enhance student technical readiness, engagement, and mastery. β€’ Experience conducting instructional experiments and using data-driven insights to refine teaching methods and scale effective practices across large student populations. β€’ Strong understanding of the software engineering industry, including current trends, tools, and industry-standard practices. β€’ Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration. β€’ Exceptional communication skills. β€’ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Strong project management skills. β€’ Ability to influence and lead across departments. β€’ Have enthusiasm for and belief in our mission and vision.
