📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Build the Backbone of Scalable, High-Performance Systems • We are looking for a Staff Engineer to help shape mission-critical infrastructure that powers real-time data synchronization at scale. • If you thrive on solving complex distributed computing challenges, optimizing high-availability architectures , and driving technical excellence , this role is for you. • What You’ll Be Doing • Designing and optimizing low-latency, high-availability distributed systems • Engineering real-time data pipelines to ensure seamless data synchronization • Implementing best-in-class observability, monitoring, and fault-tolerant architecture • Driving technical strategy and automation to improve system scalability and reliability • Mentoring and collaborating with a high-calibre engineering team
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing • Strong proficiency in Ruby, Python, or TypeScript • Cloud-native experience, particularly with AWS (multi-cloud knowledge is a plus) • Deep understanding of automation, performance tuning, and CI/CD best practices • A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
