•Agility Robotics is a pioneer. •Our robot, Digit, is the first to be sold into workplaces across the globe. •Our team is differentiated by its expertise in imagining, engineering, and delivering robots with advanced mobility, dexterity, intelligence, and efficiency. •Every day, we break through engineering challenges and invent new solutions and capabilities that will one day make robots commonplace and approachable. •This work is our passion and our responsibility: our mission is to make businesses more productive and people’s lives more fulfilling. •We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical) who is passionate about revolutionizing the robotics industry. •In this role, you will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams, as well as with external partners, to develop and sustain our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. •Your work will directly contribute to producing the robots that are changing the way we live and work.

🎯 Requirements

•Education & Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. •5–10 years of relevant experience in a commercial, product-driven environment. •Experience introducing and sustaining products in Low and Medium volume production. •Experience in both Startups and Medium to Large companies is a plus. •Technical Expertise: •Hands-on experience with manufacturing assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems; dc motors, actuators and/or sensors a plus. •Proficiency in data analysis and lean six-sigma manufacturing methods. •Experience developing new manufacturing processes from development to commercial launch; scaling from low to mass production; startup experience a plus. •ECO/MCO using PLM experience required, experience in Windchill a huge plus. •Fixture design experience in CAD required, experience in CREO a huge plus. •Experience developing and implementing test equipment in production environments (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) a big plus. •Leadership & Collaboration: •Proven ability to mentor and lead engineers and technicians effectively. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. •Ability to drive initiatives independently and within teams
