Description

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of webMethods integration solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. • Help grow and mature the webMethods practice, defining service offerings, best practices, and delivery methodologies. • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical leadership, and offer webMethods-based solutions that align with business goals. • Guide, mentor, and train junior team members in best practices, coding standards, and integration architecture. • Evaluate emerging technologies, develop roadmaps for webMethods practice expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives. • Work with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop tailored webMethods proposals, estimates, and presentations for prospective clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in webMethods integration solutions, including Integration Server, API Gateway, Broker, Universal Messaging, and Trading Networks. • Hands-on experience with the webMethods suite, including API management, cloud integration, and hybrid solutions. • Strong experience designing integration solutions and building microservices architectures in webMethods. • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is a plus. • Relevant certifications in webMethods or similar integration technologies (preferred). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills; a collaborative and proactive approach to work.
