β€’ Providing organizational, administrative, and logistical support in varied capacities. β€’ Demonstrating proficiency and applying reasonable understanding of procurement (product and services) knowledge. β€’ Working closely with company’s Project Manager team to contribute towards business needs. β€’ Delivering organizational support for contractual enablement, logistical activities, and administrative support. β€’ Ability to pivot quickly with changing work needs while maintaining high accuracy with multiple projects. β€’ Updating team as needed and communicating issues clearly. β€’ Experience in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Excel. β€’ Familiarity with Ariba, SmartSheet or other procurement programs recommended. β€’ Providing direct and indirect support to external engagement enablement and procurement needs. β€’ Supporting logistical, administrative and other operational areas.

Requirements

β€’ BS – Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field with 3-5 years of experience in project management, procurement, etc. in pharma/biotech arenas. β€’ Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. β€’ Works well both within a team and as an individual. β€’ Demonstration of excellent team player and collaboration skills. β€’ Very strong attention to detail. β€’ Very strong problem-solving skills. β€’ A high level of learning agility. β€’ Ability to work across functions.
