📋 Description

• As Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects and will be supporting revenue to grow customers. As a PFM your responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully, that customers get value from our products and as such support customer growth. • Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations and project objectives are met, while also ensuring that the portfolio is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives. This will include delivering on project P&L (time and cost), delivering on milestones and requirements, secure project adoption, handling project escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing synergies and improvements across the portfolio, and prioritizing between projects if needed (resources, activities). • The Portfolio Managers will work closely with regional/vertical sales leaders to develop strategy for expansion, partner strategy and use of India Global Capability Center to execute projects. The role will include supporting sales in customer dialogues, traveling to customers, ensuring quality in scope of work.

🎯 Requirements

• A successful Portfolio Manager at Cognite is an experienced leader with a strong project management background, knowledge of software development, and a passion for customer and stakeholder management. Key skills and experiences include: • A minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience; project management, leadership and understanding software. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. • Senior stakeholder management: Regional leads, and strategic partners to drive alignment and resolve escalations. Become comfortable in engaging with C-level executives. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong project management; Proficiency in agile methodologies and/or program management, with an ability for problem-solving and risk management. • Customer-Focused Mindset: Demonstrates a track record of delivering high-quality projects and set goals that exceed customer expectations. • Strategic Vision: Able to take customer insights and propose and drive strategic/tactical initiatives
