Description

• Create functional, innovative workplace designs aligned with company goals and employee needs. • Own design-focused aspects of real estate projects, from programming to execution. • Work with Workplace Ops, IT, AV, Security, and vendors to ensure alignment and integration. • Identify and implement design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and remote-first flexibility. • Refine project delivery processes, track milestones, and maintain accountability with vendors and consultants.

Requirements

• 6+ years in workplace design, architecture, or related fields, with experience in real estate or facilities projects. • Proven ability to deliver innovative and functional designs, balancing employee experience with operational goals. • Strong project management skills, including vendor and stakeholder coordination. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. • Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Nice to Haves: • Experience in remote-first or hybrid workplace environments. • Background in tech or crypto workplace design. • Familiarity with AV and IT integration in workplace projects.
