Description

• The Associate Program Manager supports all aspects of project management responsibilities and execution of programs for both live and virtual events for pharmaceutical clients from initiation to completion. • The Associate Program Manager assists with logistical tasks and oversees project timelines to ensure that deliverables are being met. • This position may involve secondary client contact. • Demonstrates knowledge of, and ensures adherence to, internal processes as well as industry compliance guidelines. • Able to travel to live events as needed (10%-15%), including overnight and weekend programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Event Planning, Communications, Marketing, or related field • 1-3 years of event planning/communications/marketing experience required; healthcare event planning experience preferred • Cvent platform experience preferred • Proactive and driven to learn and contribute to overall team success • Established presentation, time management, written/oral communication, and customer service skills • Takes initiative to plan and complete assigned work with a high level of accuracy • Experience in partnering, negotiating, and solving problems • Maintains flexibility to accommodate fluctuating work volumes and deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
