📋 Description

• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. • We are looking for an exceptional individual to be a key functional lead on the legal operations team. • You will help to ensure that the legal department is set up operationally to succeed through close coordination across all teams and standardized processes for efficient execution. • This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CLO & Director, Ops & Strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience at a comparable in-house practice – preferably at a high growth technology company. • Vendor, specifically law firm spend management and e-billing experience, including experience with law firm panel programs and negotiating alternative fixed fee arrangements. • Passion for all things operations related, with a willingness to dive into new projects of all shapes and sizes. • Ruthless attention to detail and exceptional professional judgment. Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to develop, implement, and enhance processes. • Ability to execute under pressure and within tight timelines while juggling multiple projects. • Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small). A self-starter with enthusiasm, who can work independently with minimal oversight on certain projects but who is also a team player and can support projects when needed.
