📋 Description
• Rain is empowering the next generation of money and financial products globally. • We believe in an open and flat structure. • A Legal Operations Specialist to support legal, compliance, and operational workflows. • Edit, proofread, and prepare legal documents for signing in conjunction with our legal team. • Implement scalable processes for contract lifecycle management (CLM), document retention, and matter tracking. • Support compliance audits and regulatory filings.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years as a paralegal in corporate/commercial law, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services • Proficiency in legal tools and contract management software • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience with legal tech tools as well as CRM such as Hubspot, Rocketlane, etc • Background in state licensing requirements, corporate formation, financial onboarding are all a plus.
