📋 Description
• Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases of varying complexities • Provide litigation services for assigned Workers’ Compensation matters • Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery to court proceedings • Litigate workers’ compensation cases in California before state and federal courts • Represent ICW Group before administrative boards and other court proceedings • Conduct extensive, well-reasoned legal research and develop defense strategies • Ensure timely filing of all pleadings and motions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school required • Minimum 5 to 8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California required
