📋 Description

•You will join Found’s growing Legal team, helping scale legal operations and contract workflows in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. •Our legal team partners cross-functionally across the company to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strategic execution. •In this role, you will wear multiple hats, supporting contract management, legal operations, and process improvement. •You’ll help manage and streamline legal intake, oversee contracts, and implement tools and processes that drive efficiency and enable self-service workflows. •If you thrive in a dynamic, startup environment and enjoy identifying and implementing solutions while managing a range of legal responsibilities, this role is for you. •This is a remote role, but candidates located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area are a plus.

🎯 Requirements

•3+ years of experience in legal operations, contracts management, or a related role, preferably in a startup and/or healthtech environment. •Strong contract management skills, including experience preparing and reviewing various commercial agreements. •Ability to triage and manage legal requests independently, escalating when necessary while maintaining efficiency. •Experience managing entity filings and corporate governance for multi-entity structures. •Passion for operational excellence, with a track record of implementing tools and processes to streamline legal workflows. •Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment, where you can take initiative, problem-solve, and drive projects forward. •Proficiency with Google Docs, Slack, Carta, DocuSign, Notion, and contract management platforms.
