• Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly through phone and email. • Screen potential clients through initial consultations to evaluate case eligibility and collect relevant information. • Work with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth case assignments and transitions from intake to representation. • Guide clients through the intake process with empathy and professionalism, addressing all questions and concerns clearly. • Keep detailed, current records of potential client interactions and potential case details. • Review client records for quality using our client management system. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions accurately, and show proactive initiative. • Utilizes software and workflows to process client and matter intake information.
