📋 Description
• Manage a broad range of legal matters with a primary focus on customer contracts and commercial transactions. • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts and vendor agreements. • Guide business teams on contract terms, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and assist in the development of corporate policies. • Identify legal risks and propose solutions. • Work closely with executive leadership and serve as the primary legal advisor.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • 3+ years of legal experience, with at least 1-2 years in-house (preferably at a technology or SaaS company). • Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with a relevant state bar. • Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation and drafting, particularly for SaaS, software licensing, and technology agreements. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and general commercial law. • Experience working in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus.
