Description

• Lead the Financial Platform team that powers all trading flows & products at Coinbase. • Determine the vision and strategy for the platforms which power Coinbase’s trading flows. • Build robust, scalable solutions that maintain a high quality bar for customer financial data. • Define the roadmap to scale to 1B users. • Prioritize the roadmap towards highest value to customers, leveraging metrics to guide product development. • Become an expert in financial and crypto products, performing competitive and data analyses to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience. • Computer Science degree or Software Engineering experience. • Knowledge in financial products, including financial record keeping and Accounting pipelines. • Experience building robust, scalable solutions for fund movements, customer balances, and/or portfolio performance. • Demonstrated success leading business-critical systems in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to motivate a range of senior stakeholders including CFO, Accounting, Product & Engineering towards a common vision.
