Description

• Lead business development efforts for Coinbase Wallet. • Identify and drive growth through payments strategy and product partnerships. • Collaborate closely with product management to define successful partner strategy requirements. • Own development and execution of the GTM strategy for Coinbase Wallet. • Manage all elements of the partnership life cycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across strategic deal-oriented roles with global exposure. • Experience in crypto, particularly in DeFi, on/off ramps, and/or onchain creators. • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; experience using data for insights. • Proven ability to mentor and motivate high-performing global teams. • Entrepreneurial mindset; experience in fast-paced environments. • Track record managing diverse international ecosystem growth balancing customer needs. • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams. • International travel encouraged.
