As such, it will be front and center on advising Coinbase stakeholders on critical, novel legal issues around the globe. This role requires both the ability to provide legal counsel and manage/lead large, complicated projects that span cross-functional teams both inside and outside.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing legal counsel on complicated regulatory investigations/responses/projects. • Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment • Experience leading internal investigations and/or regulatory responsesIdeal candidates will have demonstrated experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization to coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders and balance differing opinions and perspectives • Must be flexible, able to multitask, detail-oriented, and enjoy fast paced and high-intensity work • Exceptional organizational skills • Exceptional legal writing abilities and skilled at synthesizing the perspectives of various stakeholders • Excellent judgment and analytic rigor • Ability to quickly learn and synthesize information from a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to help frame decisions and communicate clear updates and recommendations to company leadership on complex urgent projects. • Experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization to coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders and balance differing opinions and perspectives with a real attention to detail. • Ability to proactively assess potential risks and identify recommendations in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts to drive high priority cross-functional implementation. • Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment.
