• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. • To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. • Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. • Strategic Programs is an organization of Technical Program Managers. • As a TPM at Coinbase, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth engineering operations. • Create and then lead a continuous improvement program • Be accountable for roadmap delivery, including success criteria as defined in collaboration with your stakeholders • Team up with external & internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives • Create requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and program communications • Monitor program status, identify issues / risks, succinctly communicate issues, and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience at a technology company and/or in a technical capacity. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent • Enjoy solving hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to drive alignment • Ability to leverage data to inform critical decisions and make recommendations • Prior experience working on global programs • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
