• Job Title: Social Media Specialist • Coincrowd is an innovative Fintech company. • We offer a crypto platform for seamless payments, Crypto Vouchers, crypto trading, portfolio management, real time market data, breaking news and powerful analytics. • Role: Permanent full-time Employment • Job Location: Work from Home / Remote • Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. • You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth in the cryptocurrency sector. • Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience within the cryptocurrency space. • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. • Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency industry and leverage them to create timely and relevant social media content. • Engage with our community and followers on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms. • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. • Implement paid social media campaigns to promote products, events, or initiatives within the cryptocurrency industry. • Monitor and manage the company's reputation on social media, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Passion for and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and related topics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content. • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
