Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with master’s degree a plus. • Professional accounting credentials (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred. • At least 6 years international experience in quota-based sales and new customer account business development, preferably in professional training industry. • Proven record of sales success achieving sales quotas. • A demonstrated record of success in developing and implementing sales plans resulting in significant top and bottom-line results. • Skilled relationship builder and negotiator combined with excellent oral and written communication. • Proven interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to sell to international markets. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment. • Willingness to travel up to 60% in support of sales team and its customers. • Self-starting, self-motivating, highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and team first mentality. • Fluency in English, Spanish and/or other languages preferred. • Microsoft Office and CRM skills required.
