📋 Description
• Collectively's Senior Producers are experienced influencer marketers with experience leading complex, high-profile projects for clients. • This role requires a strategic production perspective from project kick-off to wrap, including production planning, briefing, casting, content development, deliverable review, and optimization. • This role reports to the Director of Production and will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope. • The Senior Producer will be responsible for three crucial areas of campaigns: Project Management, Influencer Casting and Management, and Client Services.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience (in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similar) • A proven ability to deliver influencer partnerships across a breadth of social media platforms and content formats • Exceptional client services skills, including verbal, written and presentation communication abilities • Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at once • An ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content • Ability to work autonomously with little oversight, as well as strong ability to successfully work cross-functionally to ensure contributions from multiple stakeholders across disciplines are woven into the project work seamlessly • Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects at a time • A positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaboration • An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into the complexities of any business or strategy challenge • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
