Description

• As a College Aid Services Consultant you will fill a variety of roles (e.g. financial aid director, assistant director, counselor) for a diverse group of institutions on an interim basis. • Focused on improving business processes and efficiencies that support compliance and enrollment goals. • Candidates must have strong skillsets in utilizing Department of Education software and student information systems. • Assignments can be long or short-term and may require travel across the United States.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Aid roles. • At least 5 years of FA director-level and leadership experience. • College degree preferred although candidates with progressive experience will be considered. • Proficiency in federal regulations and compliance; experience with federal reporting requirements (e.g. FISAP, IPEDS, HEERF, etc.) • Highly detail oriented with strong ability to understand client needs and lead teams toward a common goal. • Strategic thinking and leadership skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to motivate, develop and train staff. • Flexible availability for contract work assignments. • Available to travel.
