Description

β€’ Our mission is to help every organization drive business value from AI. β€’ Comet seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to lead and manage a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth. β€’ This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key clients, and providing guidance and support to the sales team. β€’ You will lead the sales and customer expansion processes, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective clients. β€’ Ideally, you have a technical background and experience selling MLOps products.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment β€’ 2+ years experience in enterprise AE management, selling enterprise-focused developer tools to technical buyers/users, preferably at a company selling to people directly involved in the ML/AI development process. β€’ 5+ years closing annual contracts of at least $100k/year, and handling yearly team quotas of $10mm+ β€’ Strong technical background β€’ Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and scaling world-class global teams β€’ Proven track record closing multi-year seven-figure deals
