• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5- 7 years of experience in sales within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on policy administration systems in the P&C sector. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
