Description

• Provide leadership in managing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize revenue growth. • Recruit, develop and manage business development executives. • Drive creation of customer proposals and contract negotiations. • Author technical documentation for proposed solutions or enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years direct sales and/or technical account management with network operators in North America. • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative. • 5+ years in a leadership role. • Able to establish credibility and relationships at all levels of an organization. • Effective listener and communicator with customers, executives, and peers. • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability. • Strong technical background in Network Transformation. • Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications.
