Description
• Your role as a Senior Voice Engineer involves developing strategies for engineering VoIP solutions, integrating systems to meet customer needs, and focusing on Teams Voice applications like Direct Routing. • You'll also lead, mentor, and train other Engineers, resolve complex issues, design custom-managed services, and contribute to best practices.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • 5-7 years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment • Must have a strong and proven ability to analyze, summarize and solve issues with VoIP services and SIP messaging. • Experience with Metaswitch CFS and EAS in a SIP environment. • Experience with Teams, specifically Voice Administration. • Experience with Powershell, related to teams and office 365 administration. • General knowledge of scripting/automation. • Understanding of modern APIs. • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task assignments and follow process flow are required. • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills to understand and resolve customer issues effectively. • This would include being comfortable talking with Clients.
