📋 Description
• CTA is seeking a Fullstack software developer to support multiple initiatives to productize our data offerings • As an engineer in this ground-floor initiative, you will play a central role in building internal and external applications that empower customers to manage and make sense of their data • This opportunity offers the chance to shape a high-impact project from the ground up, leveraging modern web technologies and engineering practices, all while working with a passionate, cross-functional team • You’ll work within the supportive framework of an established, mission-driven organization focused on crafting a high quality product
🎯 Requirements
• Have proficiency with git and Github for version control in collaborative projects • Experience with ReactJS (or a similar framework) and Django (or a similar backend framework) • Have been around or used Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform • Be able to develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring reliability, accessibility, and security • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers • Have strong collaboration skills, including working with product managers to define and implement features • Have experience working with cloud-based infrastructure projects with multiple engineers or contributors
