β’ 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or product marketing. β’ Experienced with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. β’ Proven track record in optimizing in-app communications. β’ Knowledge of email marketing best practices including automation and segmentation. β’ Ability to use performance data and customer insights for strategy refinement. β’ Skilled in crafting engaging messaging across various channels. β’ Takes a resourceful and fearless approach. β’ Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys evolving stakeholder needs. β’ Team player ready to contribute where needed.
