β€’ Join the Lifecycle Marketing team to enhance customer experiences and drive retention. β€’ Create data-driven customer journeys from acquisition to retention. β€’ Design personal communications that inspire user action. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing strategies. β€’ Manage in-app and email marketing campaigns. β€’ Analyze program performance and report findings.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, and/or product marketing. β€’ Experienced with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. β€’ Proven track record in optimizing in-app communications. β€’ Knowledge of email marketing best practices including automation and segmentation. β€’ Ability to use performance data and customer insights for strategy refinement. β€’ Skilled in crafting engaging messaging across various channels. β€’ Takes a resourceful and fearless approach. β€’ Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys evolving stakeholder needs. β€’ Team player ready to contribute where needed.
