Description
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy; • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers; • Coach product teams on continuous discovery practices; • Conduct market research and competitive analysis; • Define and prioritize the product roadmap; • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams; • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders; • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in product management, with focus on B2B SaaS solutions. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
