Description

• Weekly outpatient therapy isn’t always enough, and a trip to the ER isn’t the only answer. • Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis. • Compass Health Center has a Virtual Adolescent Family Therapist opening focused in our Adolescent Virtual Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. • Our Family Therapists conduct family sessions with patients and their loved ones, providing support and promoting collaboration. • The hours for this role will be 2 days a week 8:30-4:30 pm CT and 3 days a week 11:30-7:30 pm CT.

Requirements

• Reside in the state of Illinois • Two years, post master’s family therapy experience (preferred) • Two years, post master’s experience working in higher levels of care (preferred) • Hold licenses or certification: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or Associate licensure such as LSW, LPC, AMFT • Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Comfort with technologies (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.) • Organization skills and ability to manage schedule and tasks
