Description

β€’ Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. β€’ Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless booking process. β€’ Address client issues and concerns effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure client satisfaction. β€’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of our travel products, destinations, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. β€’ Promote additional services, upgrades, and travel packages to enhance the client experience and drive sales revenue. β€’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). β€’ Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. β€’ Empathy and patience in dealing with client inquiries, complaints, and issues. β€’ Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. β€’ Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate client needs.
