β’ Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. β’ Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless booking process. β’ Address client issues and concerns effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure client satisfaction. β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of our travel products, destinations, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. β’ Promote additional services, upgrades, and travel packages to enhance the client experience and drive sales revenue. β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. β’ Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and management, to address client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). β’ Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry. β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. β’ Empathy and patience in dealing with client inquiries, complaints, and issues. β’ Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite. β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. β’ Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate client needs.
