• We’re building a demand generation firm that prioritizes results over outdated models. • Looking for a GTM Engineer to automate revenue-generating workflows with new marketing tools. • You'll connect data, personalize engagement, and enable growth opportunities. • Collaborate with clients to design data-driven strategies and execute automation initiatives. • Measure effectiveness to ensure real revenue outcomes from our automation efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in GTM, marketing operations, or sales automation—either in-house, at a startup, or at an agency. • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, RB2B, Clay, HubSpot, Clearbit, Apollo, Segment, or similar. • Strong understanding of data enrichment, workflow automation, attribution modeling, and outbound personalization at scale. • A problem-solving mindset—comfortable building, testing, and optimizing technical solutions. • A POV on the future of GTM tech and how automation can drive better marketing and sales execution. • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
