Description

• Drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction as an Architect • Lead customer conversations designing solutions using Smartsheet • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document solutions • Provide oversight and governance in Smartsheet projects • Serve as the Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) • Develop tools and best practices to maximize customer value from Smartsheet • Review and validate solution designs from the Services team • Manage technical delivery of custom development and integrations

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on working experience in SaaS applications • Passion for working with web-based technologies • Understanding of systems architecture • Key design patterns & data volume best practices • Knowledge of data integration tools & experience with SAAS applications • Object-oriented analysis & database design • Development experience (.net, java, javascript, python, NodeJS) • Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) • Strong understanding of release management & deployment methodologies • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS or equivalent
