📋 Description

• The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. • This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. • Shifts – 5 days per week, 2 weekends per month, 8.5 hours per day (7.5 h work, 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). • Shifts are between 7:00-23:00. • Training period – 4 weeks training, 8:00 – 16:30 or 9:00 – 17:30 Monday-Friday. • Provide assistance via phone and email. • Deliver technical support, including internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations. • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently. • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. • Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience. • Fluency in German (min. C1 level). • Outstanding communication skills. • Administrative and technical knowledge. • Very good English or Polish verbal and written skill (min. B2 level).
