Description

• Perform consumer engagement via Video calls in Points of Sales to achieve sales and product awareness in Adult Smokers • Maintain solid Customer relationships by handling Customer concerns with speed and professionalism • Up/cross selling and provision of personalized offers for Customer base Users • Provide remotised support utilizing the digital solutions • Ensure all operational processes are followed and keep up to date with all new procedures, products, and services • Respect all applicable legal requirements • Follow and apply regulations on Data Privacy

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate studies or equivalent • Excellent language skills (written and verbal communication) • Fluency in English as a asset • Experience of at least 1 year in customer facing position • Very good knowledge of acquisition, conversion & CLM products, procedures and services • Willingness to constantly update knowledge about company processes • Ability to ask the right questions to explore, understand and identify customers’ situation or needs and offer solutions • Detail – oriented when performing video calls • Ability to effectively manage time / work schedule • Importance of teamwork and sharing best practices
