Description

• Accounting Manager is a key contributor to the Finance and Accounting team. • Lead the members of the accounting team that support the month end close process. • Manage the preparation and analysis of the monthly financial statements as well as management reporting. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. • Assist with financial audits and assist with audit request submission. • Establish objectives and maintain procedures for the team while leading the staff through reviews of complex accounting matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. • 2+ years people management experience. • 5+ years of experience in general accounting, with at least 2 years of corporate accounting experience. • 2+ years supervisory experience, managing audits and the closing of the books. • 2+ years’ experience overseeing the revenue recognition process in a software or technology company (i.e., U.S. GAAP ASC 606/IFRS 15) • SaaS company experience accounting for revenue recognition under ASC 606. • Experience in setting up business processes with Internal Controls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficiency with Excel, including mastery of pivot tables, SUMIF, and VLOOKUP functions. • Experience working with ERP applications. • Team player and ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization.
