•Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, ideally with experience in scaling global teams. •Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a keen eye for identifying top-tier talent. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. •A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. •Experience recruiting in a fintech environment
