•Shift5 is the observability platform for onboard operational technology (OT). •Seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent team. •Lead a full-cycle recruiting process for various roles across Product Development, Value Engineering, G&A, and GTM. •Important role for hyper-growth and achieving milestones for Shift5. •Remote position with travel to HQ or high priority candidates.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management. •Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse amongst others. •Strong understanding of the complete recruiting lifecycle and best practices. •Ability to efficiently multitask and accommodate change of priorities on demand. •Ability to obtain an active US Government TS clearance. •At least 1-5 years of recruiting experience within a high growth tech startup. •Active network within the cybersecurity, defense and general hardware / software industries. •Knowledge of employment law as it relates to hiring.
