📋 Description
• This is a remote position • Salesforce Support Specialist • Detail oriented and customer focused Salesforce Helpdesk specialist to provide high quality technical assistance • This role will be responsible for resolving software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service-level agreements • Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and passion for helping users navigate their Salesforce experience
🎯 Requirements
• Certified in Salesforce Associate (highly desirable) • 1 year in Salesforce support • Experience with Salesforce case management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira) • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Lightning Experience • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (plus) • Background in partner enablement, CRM adoption strategies, or customer success operations • Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
