Description

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of organization's data assets • Assist the Salesforce Platform Manager with maintenance of Salesforce platform • Develop and implement data management strategies and policies • Monitor data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Create and maintain reports and dashboards • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in data management, governance, or similar roles • Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce • Experience with Salesforce as a user or in an administrative capacity (Trailhead modules or Salesforce Administrator Certification) is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools • Superior attention to detail • Strong verbal/written communication skills
