β€’ Manage daily tasks and priorities using Microsoft Planner to ensure smooth workflow. β€’ Handle personal and professional calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently. β€’ Utilize Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Calendar) to streamline administrative tasks. β€’ Transcribe meetings and take minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items. β€’ Oversee document management, organizing and maintaining important files and records. β€’ Coordinate with third-party vendors and companies to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. β€’ Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. β€’ Proactively support and redirect Jenna as needed to optimize workflow. β€’ Handle various administrative tasks, adapting to dynamic business needs. β€’ Maintain a highly organized and structured work approach to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (MS Planner, Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneNote, etc.) β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities. β€’ Experience in document management, transcription, and minute-taking β€’ Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to redirect and support key stakeholders. β€’ Nice to have: Healthcare experience
