Description

• The Sales Engineer is an exceptional, experienced software sales professional that will generate new business and ensures growth of existing accounts. • This position assesses potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. • Sales Engineers demonstrate ConnectWise’s value proposition of the Unified Monitoring & Management (UMM) business unit providing technical guidance to prospects and communicates partner feedback for future product developments. • Uses technical knowledge of product and service offerings to drive Sales support, generate pipeline, and help create an overall successful adoption of the product/service all the way to implementation and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ Years experience working with an existing RMM, preferably Automate and / or Command • Proven sales track record of success and ability to identify opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately • Understanding of relevant products: Security, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Backup and Disaster Recover (BDR), Remote Control, IT Infrastructure, Documentation, Managed Services • Deep understanding of scripting and how it provides business efficiencies. • Experience in relevant channels: Managed Service Providers (MSP), value-added resellers (VAR), office technology (OE), Technology Service Providers (TSP), Internal IT, Security (MSP+), IT Outsource (ITO) • Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High energy, passion, a sense of humor and enthusiasm • A team player that wants to help others and win together • CRM experience such as Salesforce.com, or equivalent
