Description
• Responsible for ensuring human resource practices are aligned with company culture and values • Oversees the People Operations team and functions • Works closely with management to enhance employee engagement and performance • Conducts environmental scanning of external HR and employment trends • Identifies and tracks key employment metrics • Manages People Operations team members and oversees their development • Oversees HR processes including staffing, performance management, and employee relations • Provides guidance to supervisors and manages insurance processes • Manages budgeting for professional development and hiring
Requirements
• 8-10 years previous experience in Human Resources in HR Generalist, Business Partner, or Leadership roles required • Extensive HR and employment law knowledge required including ACA, ADA/FMLA, and ERISA required • Previous HR leadership experience required • Previous experience with O1 Visa Application and Renewal Preferred • Previous experience with Rippling HRIS Preferred • Previous experience with creative industries preferred
