• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant degree • 10 years of work experience in Human Resources • 3 years of supervisory management experience • Experience in developing benefits plans and HR programs • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws • Experience in developing relationships with various brokers and obtaining the best possible options for benefits programs • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, Microsoft Office 365 • Previously worked as a contractor or direct hire at USAID • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
