Description

• Lead comprehensive compensation analysis initiatives to maintain competitive pay structures. • Collaborate cross-functionally for job role assessments and data-driven recommendations. • Oversee collection and analysis of people data for actionable insights. • Provide mentorship on HR analytics and compensation matters. • Propose process improvements and innovative data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of compensation program development experience • 3-5 years of data management and analytic experience • Strong compensation tools/system experience • High-growth SaaS and/or technology industry experience • Nice to have: Pave, Radford, Mercer/Comptryx experience, SaaS experience, HR experience, Database conversion/implementation experience, HRIS experience (HiBob a plus).
