Description

• Support dedicated client groups, implement strategic talent programs. • Build relationships with business leaders and provide insights on talent issues. • Serve as People Business Partner for assigned client groups, addressing their needs. • Collaborate with Senior Business Partners on talent implications of business decisions. • Prepare leaders for talent-related conversations and initiatives. • Assist in managing cyclical talent processes. • Analyze trends and metrics related to employee engagement and performance. • Work closely with other People and Talent teams • Create and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement. • Assist in executing talent strategy for assigned business/function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR role. • At least 2 years Business Partnering experience. • Experience working with engineering or technical teams preferred. • Strong HRIS knowledge, with preference for UKG. • Excellent analytical skills using Excel and/or G-Sheets. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively. • Proactive and learning mindset with ability to take initiative. • Understanding of organizational culture and commitment to enhancing employee experience. • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism essential.
