Description
• Responsible for driving the People Operations strategy and overseeing operations of HR process deployment. • Provide technical solutions for our HRIS platform and ensure internal stakeholder satisfaction. • Recommend and institute business analysis best practices, tools, and methodology towards standardization. • Direct and/or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of the HRIS system. • Serve as an advisor to other HRIS post-production engagements in accordance with areas of expertise. • Build consensus around business processes and design. • Lead integration projects for new HRIS and adjacent products, as needed.
Requirements
• 6 years of supporting process flow, configuration design, and integration of Human Capital Management systems. • Rippling HRIS experience preferred. • Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment. • Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools. • Experience interpreting, manipulating, and presenting People data to leadership.
