β’ Responsible for driving the People Operations strategy and overseeing operations of HR process deployment. β’ Provide technical solutions for our HRIS platform and ensure internal stakeholder satisfaction. β’ Recommend and institute business analysis best practices, tools, and methodology towards standardization. β’ Direct and/or participate in optimization projects to help business users realize the full potential of the HRIS system. β’ Serve as an advisor to other HRIS post-production engagements in accordance with areas of expertise. β’ Build consensus around business processes and design. β’ Lead integration projects for new HRIS and adjacent products, as needed.
β’ 6 years of supporting process flow, configuration design, and integration of Human Capital Management systems. β’ Rippling HRIS experience preferred. β’ Experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment. β’ Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations. β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools. β’ Experience interpreting, manipulating, and presenting People data to leadership.
