We are looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team supporting the Product and Technology organizations within our Higher Education business. β€’ As a trusted partner, you will provide both strategic and tactical HR leadership, working closely with leaders to optimize talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design. β€’ You will play a key role in shaping best-in-class HR practices that drive outstanding performance, foster a positive culture, and support continuous organizational development.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within technology or commercial organizations. β€’ Strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. β€’ Experience using HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. β€’ Proven ability to manage change and support organizational transformation efforts. β€’ Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
